This tour will give you a great overview of Milwaukee learning about the city’s history, the architecture, the people & the culture. We’ll see a great mix of new & old from the European immigration of the late 1800’s to the spectacular new developments. We’ll make a stop at the city’s new icon, the Milwaukee Art Museum, to see the magnificent Brise Soleil (moveable sunscreen with a wingspan equal to that of a 747) open. Some of the neighborhoods we’ll visit include The Historic Third Ward, eclectic Brady Street & the North Shore with its beautiful lakefront mansions.
#2 MILWAUKEE ICONS Wednesday, September 22 Thursday, September 23 10:00am – 3:00pm
$35.00 per person
Bikes & Beer or Hogs & Hops – whatever you call it, we love them both in Milwaukee! Take a tour to see two of the industries that made Milwaukee famous. We’ll visit the Harley-Davidson Museum seeing motorcycles from 1903 to today. Lunch will be on own at Motor or Café Racer restaurants. Then it’s on to Miller Brewery for a walking tour of the brewery & samples. Cheers!

This tour will take you on a tour of Milwaukee along the beautiful shores of Lake Michigan with a stop to see the Milwaukee Art Museum & its galleries. We’ll then visit the Basilica of St Josaphat, an absolutely stunning church built by Polish immigrants at the turn of the 20th century & declared a basilica by Pope Pius XI in 1929.
#4 BEER BARONS / MICROBREWERY TOUR Wednesday, September 22 Thursday, September 23 1:30pm – 4:30pm

Milwaukee is associated with beer & at one time had four major breweries. This tour will take you on a trip through the city learning about the beer barons & their impact on the city of Milwaukee. Included will be a visit to one of the newest “beer barons” in town with a tour of Lakefront Brewery, a popular microbrewery.
#5 GARDENS & GREENDALE 9:00am – 3:00pm Wednesday, September 22 Thursday, September 23

This is a relaxing day enjoying the flowers in bloom at Mitchell Park Horticultural Conservatory followed by a visit to Historic Greendale, a quaint & very unique “Greenbelt Community” built by the FDR Administration & the home of Reiman Publications Visitor Center, publishers of Taste of Home, Reminisce, Country Woman and other popular magazines. We’ll have a hands-on experiential tour with one of the Home Economists in the Taste of Home Test Kitchen. From here you’ll have an opportunity to see the Norman Rockwell collection, shop in the Country Store Outlet as well as the many shops in the Historic Greendale Village. We’ll also enjoy lunch at Harmony Inn the Village.

A great day to spend with your family in Milwaukee. Start out with a tour of fabulous Miller Park, home of the Milwaukee Brewers. Then on to Discovery World Museum with its great interactive science exhibits, as well as the Reiman Aquarium - where you can pet a sturgeon! Lunch is on own at Milwaukee Public Market. In the afternoon we’ll take a cruise on the Iroquois to see Milwaukee via the river & Lake Michigan.
